I'm just curious to see if anyone can help. I'm a 26 year old female. Since I can remember my knees have popped when bending them. It's never been painful. Just this Christmas season, I worked as a helper for a package delivering company. I only did it for three weeks. After my first few days on the job, my knees began to really hurt, but I seemed to be okay after sleeping. I just figured it was due to the extra work out and I was sore from climbing stairs and walking for hours. It never seemed to be a problem during my shift, but I felt the pain afterward. My last day was Christmas Eve. I'm still in pain. So I think it's odd. Not sure if I should be worried or not. I mainly feel the pain when going down stairs or sitting. Also bending down is almost impossible. I have to have something to brace my hands on in order to supoport my weight. It's not getting better.
