I twisted both knees before 5 weeks. The swelling on both was not bad. Used ice for three days. Inflammation tablets. Started strengthening exercises from day 3 and I have been doing it up until now. I went to see 3 Drs. 1) said that I dont have to worry. It is just a small tear on both knees. I followed his advice.kept doing the excerisses and nowhe is teling me that I am 100% fit and can get back to training again. but I won’t because I feel the pain when doing zig zags and turns...although I can run straight. 2) Said you need a surgery because there is a problem with the meniscus as well in just one of the knees. and that the MCLs of both are fine...3) said that there’s a small problem with the meniscus that does not require surgey.now i am waiting for my appointment next week for MRI to know what exactly is wrong.. What annoys me is that every Dr says something different and says that the other doctor is wrong...can anyone suggest anything I can do?

Hope that helps, PhysioAdvisor
