Need help understanding my knee mri results

My ortho is out of town until next week but I received my mri report and am curious as to what the next likely steps will be. I have had two prior surgeries on the other knee (lateral release and torn meniscus) and he said it was a matter of time before the other would need a lateral release.

1) manifestations of early lateral patellar friction syndrome. Subtle fibrillation of the patellar cartilage.
2) subtle mucinous degeneration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus

Thanks for any opinions - I know they're not medical advice but appreciate them!
