Last week I played hockey and fell kind of awkwardly into the corner. No pain then at all. Then I went and tried on wetsuits which is a struggle on the knees.
Then an hour or two later I noticed tightness in the knee. The next day in worse. Not really any pain, unless i bent it back past 90 degrees and even then its not much pain, more just tightness. It feels like their is extra pressure in my knee and it does not want to work very smoothly. Its been a week and nothing has really changed. I've been cycling to work about 5-10 miles a day and it doesn't hurt, but other then then I've taking it easy. Walking around, but not running or doing anything that causes pain.
I went surfing one day this week and I noticed it was painful/ irritated whenever I lifted my knee up towards my chest area to try and remove the suit from feet.
After one week it does not feel any better and I'm worried something is wrong with it. I want to get back to normal, but I 'm trying to rest it. Do i need to get completely off it, or stop cycling.
