i have been haveing a lot of knee problems in the last few months and have been unable to get to a doctor yet. i found this site and thought i might be able to get an idea of what might be wrong so i can be ready for when i finally do get an appointment.
i have pain that ranges from mild to severe, the severe pain is rare coming in short intense burst sometimes when i am walking. there are knots roughly a half inch thick that pop out from under the knee-cap and push my knee-cap out of alignment and cause a moderate amount of discomfort until i can push the knot(s) back in. for a while after i do this the knee is very weak and can try to buckle on me. when this all started there was only the single lump/knot. now, a few months later, there are at least three of them. with each passing day it seems to get worse.
i am trying to get appointments but right now it is difficult due to the fact that most of the places within range of me are booked up for a while or are beyond my limited financial means.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
