I had 2 arthroscopic knee surgeries for torn meniscus on the left knee(both were done by the same doctor)...1st in October 2009 and 2nd in January 2010. I have had issues with P/T where the knee swells and is very painful. Recent issues I can not not do without pain are...fully extend my knee in either direction, get up from a seated position, go up or down steps, get in or out of car driverside, walking without cane, applying pressure on knee. (ALSO AT TIMES THERE'S A CATCHING AND POPPING)
I went back to my doctor complaining about the above issues and a 3rd MRI was done and the doctor said he DID NOT see anything on the MRI that show why I'm having the pain issues.
I'am scheduled for a 2nd opinion, but that's not until sometime in October!!!
Any ideas why or what can be causing this?
