I have been having a problem with being able to walk properly after sitting down a long time. After sitting down and trying to stand up I have a problem with trying to straighten my knee. After I have been walking a while (about 15 minutes) my knee is okay as far as me trying to bend and straighten it. It gives me serious pain. I also do a lot of walking. I walk 20 -30 minutes to the closest bus stop to get to work and also when I come home. I have been taking Tylenol but it doesn't help. This problem has been happening for about 3 months. I really don't know what to do.
