Knee pain for 24/36 hours and gone !!!

Since I was 20(now I'm 32 years old) I've been having little problems with my knees. I've had 2 MRI's done and they've only shown that I have a tiny cyst in the posterior part(back) of my knees. PT many times and no progress. Now the knees get inflammated and filled with fluid, more and more often. The last few times after bending over for few minutes(yesterday for aproximately 10 minutes while scrubbing something on the floor), then hour after hour starts a little pain that increases a lot with a lot of fluid and some inflamation visible during around 24/36 hours and then it's totally gone. So the pain comes on very sporadically. Normally when that happens I can barely sleep cause of the pain, and walking is very painful. It is always one knee at time, so far I've never experienced both knees in pain at the same time. Doctors, PT'S, X-Rays, Exercise, MRI's and still nothing.

Can anybody help me, please ?
