I slipped in some spilled water a couple of days ago, and fell really ******n my left knee cap. I can walk fine, and I only have pain when anything touches the knee cap. I can not put any pressure on it and when I touch it lightly it is numb and tingly. I just wonder if this is something I should worry about.

  • it doesnt sound too severe if it doesnt interfere with your daily activities, but I think it might have something to do with a pinched nerve ontop or below the kneecap. If you cant "shake it out" try lookin for your family doc for some advice ^^
