I have a problem with my right knee (although my left could also be effected) when I cross my legs for any period of time and straighten them back out again i am comfronted with a sharp pain. This pain is only noticable when i try 2 move my knee and completely goes away with a *click* when i manage to straighten it. This only occurs after my legs have been crossed and was wondering if it was common for young men (roughly 18 yrs old) to have this condition and what could be done to treat it.
