I have suddenly in less than 2 days developed a serious pain in my right knee. It is the INNER side of the knee, what faces the left knee basically.
The only way I can walk now is to TWIST my right leg until I am walking with the Arch of my Foot facing Forward.
If I try to walk normally it hurts much much more.
I have a sensation that my knee is about to pull lose or explode. I can definitely sense tendons ligaments or muscles are trying to POP on that knee.
It's also nearly impossible to stand up from any place without a great deal of pain and also putting all my weight on the healthier left knee.
I do not recall any injury or illness that could have caused this to happen.
Again to sum up, My Inner-side of my right knee hurts so bad that I have to twist my leg so that the Arch of my Foot is facing forward. I also have some pain in the outside of the right knee but it is not as painful as the Inside of the right knee.
