I have suddenly in less than 2 days developed a serious pain in my right knee. It is the INNER side of the knee, what faces the left knee basically.

The only way I can walk now is to TWIST my right leg until I am walking with the Arch of my Foot facing Forward.

If I try to walk normally it hurts much much more.

I have a sensation that my knee is about to pull lose or explode. I can definitely sense tendons ligaments or muscles are trying to POP on that knee.

It's also nearly impossible to stand up from any place without a great deal of pain and also putting all my weight on the healthier left knee.

I do not recall any injury or illness that could have caused this to happen.

Again to sum up, My Inner-side of my right knee hurts so bad that I have to twist my leg so that the Arch of my Foot is facing forward. I also have some pain in the outside of the right knee but it is not as painful as the Inside of the right knee.

hello?
Suggestions?:p

  • Hello AxelRose. This isn't right and you know it. No-one's leg works in the way that you describe. So please go to your nearest hospital Casualty dept to get your leg X-rayed and fixed up. I am posting this to you as this morning I slipped and fell and my leg feels twisted - seems much like yours, but my foot is straight. I am just on the web looking it up while I wait for my partner to get home from work to take me to the hospital to get it X-rayed. Please do the same.
