fluid on top of knee

Can anyone tell me, I had menicus shaved off 2 weeks ago, Its feels pretty good, except I cannot bend it all the way back and there is fluid on top of the knee which when you bump it or try to bend it it feels like a electric bolt! Can anyone tell me if they had the same thing happen.

Can anyone tell me if they had the same thing happen. I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist for appropriate rehabilitation following a knee arthroscopy. It is common for patients to experience some stiffness, swelling and pain, although these symptoms should settle with appropriate treatment and rehabilitation.   • Could be bursitis. I known that's where you bursa pretty much explodes. It's kind of cool to read about. I had runner's knee back in college, and I thought it would never stop healing or hurting. It did after I got some physical therapy from the people from the link above. I had a knee injection too.
