My left knee has developed stiffness that comes and goes, but there is no pain. Sometimes it's stiff in the morning, but sometimes it's all right. The stiffness only appears to be when I extend it, but walking is not uncomfortable. It's hard to say whether exercise or advil help or not. It just seems to come and go at different times.
Sometimes standing for a long time will aggravate it the next day, but I would have to be on my feet for an hour or so.
