I am a 19 yr old manual driver ( 2 yrs of driving) and I find the knee of my leg which i use to push in the clutch ( I never use neutral at lights, but just keep the clutch down) will be really sore and stiff if i walk for 35 min +, if i walk for more than 1 hr plus i have to sit down because it hurts so much and i'll be limping. It's an aching pain, not a sharp pain.

I don't play any sports or do any excerise, I have a BMI of 20. It's getting worse. Just curious if it has anything to do with manual driving.
