I got my first kidney stone when I was about 16. when I went to the hospital (having no idea what was wrong) they tested for almost everything then just came back that I had a small kidney stone. the pain was so different from what I have heard about kidney stones, but i let it go thinking the doctors knew. about 2 years later I was rushed to the hospital because I had lots of blood in my urine and stool. I got blood tests that came back saying I had appendicitis. I was then filled with contrast and sent for a CT scan, that came back saying i had a kidney infection. I do not understand what is going on? Could something be wrong with my kidneys or is it just kidney stones??Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
