I have a constant pain in my lower left side/back. My urine is bright yellow. What can cause this? I have no other symptoms. I have had my uterus and overies removed due to cyst. I have never had problems with kidney or urinary infections.

  • I pray you are feeling better by now. I would think by your information that you are dehydrated. Be sure and drink plenty of water throughout the day. This would make your urine clearer and hopefully allieveate your kidney pain. A good rule of thumb for water consumption is - take your weight and divide it by 2. This is the amount in ounces you should drink. For example, if you weight 140 lbs. 1/2 of that would be 70 lbs. Drink 70 ounces in water each day. I started by measuring that amount in a container and setting it on the counter, where I would see it all day long. I hope this is helpful information.
