My husband who is 55 years old has type 2 diabetes. For the past 3 years he has tested positive for blood in his urine. But had no other symptoms until recently, now he has had the following occur:
Dry ejaculation, sperm in his urine, back pain, nausea, he gets up 2-3 times a night to pee, sometimes has trouble starting to go pee if he has to go really bad and somtimes has trouble completely emptying his bladder and once when he bent over a brownish fluid came running out his nose.
He says these are all due to his diabetes and doesn't need to see a doctor, is he right? Are thees things normal for a person with diabetes?
