How can I Check Proteinuria by myself?

If you check urine protein several times, and the results show negative, then the swelling is not caused by Nephritis. If there are no swelling and proteinuria, just blood cells in urine, then few cases are Nephritis. To check whether there have Malformed red blood cells can tell whether it is Nephritis or not to a first approximation.
