i have microscopic hematuria with NO PROTEINURIA since NOV 2010

25 RBC and 14 WBC total

i have perfectly healthy creatinine levels (0.78mg/umol) and bloodwork test

there is no stones and no crysts and no damage and abnormal findings from the kidney ultrasound and Regular X-ray tests (non dye used)

the microscopic hematuria persists for almost 3 months now (28 days), but it is only in morning urine and never present in afternoon urine

recent repeated urinalysis last week shows that all the blood is gone, no more RBCs and WBCs.

but overall i just want to know if the presence of microscopic hematuria = CKD stage 1

thanks for the help!
