Does a diagnosis of MAC mean you have AIDS? My CD4 count is 72, viral load undetectable?

I am an HIV+ kidney transplant recipient that is having difficulty maintaining my immunity. I have severe neutropenia and get weekly neupogen shots. I have just been diagnosed with MAC by my ID Dr and have started an antibiotic regimine to treat it. My creatinine has recently risen to 3.07 from a usual of 1.8-2.0. I just had a biopsy that uncovered a mild rejection, which they are going to treat with a series of 3 steroid infusions. Am I to expect my immune system to continue to deteriorate and eventually get AIDS and die? Am I destined for my kidney to fail and go back on dialysis? I want someone's honest opinion or recommendations on HAART regimine with anti rejection regimine that is successful. I am currently on Cyclosporine, Myphortic, prednisone for anti rejection and Abacavir, Epivir, and Tivicay for anti retrovirals. I also take atoviquone for anti-infection. Thank you.
