The reason for patients' undergoing dialysis is that they are experiencing varying degree kidney impairment. Patients' kidneys cannot discharge waste and toxin (creatinine, urea or uric acid) because of the kidney impairment, and then waste and toxin will build up in blood. With more and more waste and toxin deposit in blood, patients may feel nausea, vomiting and fatigue or even present anemia, hematuria or proteinuria. In this condition, patients have to take dialysis to remove waste and toxin from their body to survive.
The Complications of Dialysis:
There are some complications of dialysis, such as hypertension, hypotension or dialysis disequilibrium syndrome (headache, muscle cramp, faint or convulsions). Some patients even suffer from viral hepatitis.
When don't patients need to Receive Dialysis?
To get rid of dialysis, patients should try hard to make the kidney impairment repaired. As long as the kidney impairment is repaired, the kidneys can perform the function to remove waste and toxin in blood on their own. If so, patients need not receive dialysis.
Alternatives that Can Help Patients Avoid Dialysis:
As above mentioned, patients have to make their kidney damage repaired so as to get rid of dialysis. Chinese herbal medicines and Stem Cells can help patients do this.
Chinese herbal medicines treatment aims to repair damaged kidney tissues by dilating blood vessels (to improve kidney burden), anti-inflammation (to protect normal kidney tissues from being infiltrated by the inflammatory cells) and degrading immune complex (to eliminate the harmful substance and repair the damaged kidney tissues).
Stem cells are applied to renew healthy kidney cells so as to replace the dead kidney cells to perform the function. ]
With the help of both of them (stem cells and herbal medicines), patients' kidney tissues are more likely to be treated. If so, the kidney function will be improved. And then patients need not undergo dialysis.
