Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Eat Turkey during Christmas

Christmas is coming. Just like Spring Festival in China, Christmas is the biggest festival in some western countries. During the festival, there are so many yummy foods that people with Chronic Kidney Disease(CKD) always ignore their health by eating too much various foods. When it comes to Christmas, turkey is the one we have to mention. Well then, for people with CKD, should they eat turkey?
Turkey is one of the delicious chief dishes and it is loved not only by children but also adults and elderly people. Before baking turkey, to make the turkey more delicious, people usually stuff turkeys with different kind of seasonings. Among these seasoning, there are salt and pepper. Therefore, turkey-ham contains massive fat and salt, both of which play functions in aggravating CKD, so, if you are a person with CKD, even if turkey-ham is so tempting, for the sake of your healthy, you should control your mouth from eating too much of them.
