I'm a woman with 44 years old. my weight is 90 kg.
I don't have diabetes but i have fat liver.
I had hysterectomy surgery in 3 years ago.
Now i understand that my bladder is hole.Also, i have frequent urination.
I used drug for retracting the bladder but it wasn't useful.
Kidney and bladder ultrasound shows these:

Kidneys dimension is normal.
RK=110*47 mm
LK=101*48 mm
Parenchyma diameter and kidneys cortico medullary eco are normal.
There isn’t clear phenomenon in pyelocaliceal system.
Cortex diameter of right kidney is 16 mm and cortex diameter of left kidney is 15 mm. Bladder zonal diameter is normal (according with laboratory signs).
There isn’t bladder stone.
After bladder evacuation, there is 8 cc of urinary rest.

I want to know,is there any solution for this problem? I mean that how i can surgery bladder hole?
