FOR PAIN IN JOINTS: I have fibro. I am only 39. The pain was getting unbearable and I felt like I was 100 years old. Recently a friend told me that she had pain in her joints, depression, confussion etc... Her excellent doctor tested her for Vitamin deficiencies. She was low in Vit. D. Her doctor put her on a high dose. We live in the Northwest so we lack sunlight.
Well not long ago I started taking calcium, magnesium (Good for pain relief as well.) and zinc. (A little higher dose then recommended on the bottle) And 1600 IU of vit. D. I am feeling better. Much better. I do not ache the way I used to. I am still going to see my doctor and have that vitamin test done. I want to feel completely normal.
*Too much Vit D can be dangerous.

FOR DEPRESSION: I take L-Tryptophan (Found in turkey meat) It is a supplement. I use Source Naturals brand. It has helped me through very deep depression...suicidal thoughts etc... I did not want to use those other meds for depression....none of them worked on me and the side effects and withdrawls were ***l.

I hope you see a difference like I have. I was really praying for a miracle and I think I found it. I noticed right away. Look up Vitamin D and fribro on google and see what you find. I am so enlightened.
