For the past four months or so I have been dealing with this popping in my sternum. It's the same feeling as cracking my knuckles. I have a pressure/pain in my upper left chest below my shoulder ( around where the heart is located) and when this happens I twist my right shoulder toward my left side and then it pops. It started accruing once a day now I do it (almost without noticing) about 20 + times a day. Now I'm getting the same pain/pressure on my right side but it doesn't pop. I'm not sure if the right side is getting strained from twisting or not but I'm just not sure what this could be... If anyone has had the same problem or know any information I am ALLL ears!!

Ps: The heart reference was just for understanding of location. I already went and got that checked out but anything else is game on.

Thank you sooo much!
