19 year old with cracking, stiff, popping joints

I am a reasonably healthy nineteen year old but I have such achy joints. Everytime I raise my hand (reaching up, drying my hair), my shoulder pops out and I have to kinda pop it back in. Also my knees really hurt walking up and down stairs and I always have to crack them to make them any better. My ankles and wrists aren't as bad but still crack a lot.

I have Reynauds, could that be a factor?

  • This is a really old post but I just happened to see it. If you read this, look into Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Best of luck to you.
