I'm a healthy 14 year old; everyone has cracked their knuckles, and I'm pretty sure their ankles accidentally crack, or pop, whatever you call it, mine do that Every time I take a step, on BOTH ankles.

I don't mind it its very annoying, but it doesn't hurt, a while ago, I woke up and my ankles popped/ cracked twice like they always do and it didn't hurt, I was still sitting at the time, but I don't know if it was a muscle problem or a bone problem, but I stood up and it hurt to stand flatfooted on my left foot it was stiff and tense and hard to straighten out it Really, Really hurt to walk on it but I did for about an hour and nothing, the only way to fix it was to soak it in hot water for a while and rotate my foot until it felt a bit better and that still hurt a lot. Its happened a Several times, and I don't know what to do.

Any ideas??

Thanks!

  • I began having ankle pain at age 14, 43 years ago. Despite many appointments in the past and for the past two years, it wasn't diagnosed correctly. Eventually, I paid for an appointment with a consultant from the Royal Orthopedic Hospital: my condition is tarsal coalition. The consultants I had seen before had never noticed, what is very obvious on the x-rays, the line where the coalition is. This may be your problem.

  • You are only 14 and facing such kind of trouble, I would suggest you to consult any good chiropractic as they can help you with this kind of problem without undergoing any surgery and get yourself properly diagnosed as you are too young to get this kind of problem.

  • My brother was facing this kind of pain few days back and my father took him to orthopedic but he was cured under his treatment so we consulted a chiropractor in California and after undergoing his treatment he is much relieved now.
