I was doing round-off back hand springs in my yard the other day. When I landed a power round-off I heard a pop and felt a burning pain in the back of my thigh..My boyfriend was standing about 10 feet away and he heard the pop. I couldn't stand up so I sat down. When I felt the back of my thigh there was a large knot. When I ub my hand down the back of my thigh it feels bumpy and in one spot when I touch it I get a lot of pain. I t hurts to walk and to completely straighten or bend my leg. I can walk, but with a limp. The pain for the most part is constant. I can't sit certain ways without being in a lot of pain..Any idea what I did to my thigh?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
