Yesterday I was playing football and I jumped into the air and cought the ball. When I came back down my left ankle turned outwards and all 140lbs of my body weight caused the outside of my left ankle to slam into the ground.
It didn't hurt that bad until later on. I took off my sock and shoe and looked at it. I noticed that there was a bump about the size of my thumb on the outside of my left foot near the ankle. A few minutes later it turned purple and the swelling got pretty bad.
I had no way to get to the hospital so I never went. I woke up this morning and noticed that I CAN move it and stand on it, but if I move it to the right OR the left it sends a shocking pain all the way up my leg. If I keep it straight it doesn't hurt too bad besides the occasional throb. The swelling has gone down and it's not any abnormal colors anymore.
