My shoulder has been hurting for awhile now, but a few weeks ago I noticed that it was starting to hurt and sort of get harder to lift things. Like a gallon of milk..When I do lift something my arm shakes and I get pain from my shoulder blade to the front of my shoulder. Yesterdaymy little cousin asked me if I could lift her up (she weighs 55/60 lbs) so I went to pick her up and when I did my arms shook, I felt this popping/grinding feeling and extreme pain from my shoulder blade to the front. Now it hurts to move any direction and I feel and hear this popping in it. What could be wrong with it. Please PLEASE help I have to preform in two weeks.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
