I've had broken jaw over 6 weeks ago.
Unfortunately my gums swollen and cover the wires and metal bars the dentist used to wired shut my mouth.
The dentist told me that he cannot remove the wires until my gums will deflate.
I used anti-inflammatory drugs, different mouth wash substances.
Nothing works.
What can I do?

Thank you,
