Hi, I have been playing guitar for about 30yrs and i have been diagnosed with Tenosynovitis. I do not want to stop playing because it is such a huge part of my life. I am in a rock band and we play on sundays mainly. But I practice 3 times a week also. Is there anyway I can still play guitar and
and have this under control w/o so much pain and tenderness around wrist area? Any info would be great. Thanks
