Hello all, about a month ago I got shot in the face from my left sideburn area and exited through an area on and around my left nostril. I have a minor fracture on my jaw and I can barely open my mouth with maybe just a quarter of an inch between my teeth. I'd like to know some exercises that could help open my jaw wider as I'm a teenager who'd like to go back out again and enjoy meals with friends. My plastic surgeon told me to use a wooden spoon between my teeth and wiggle but it doesn't seem to help and my jaw seemed to tighten more these past two days he also told me to skip the physiologist as there isn't much they can do, Any advice would be wonderful. Thank you.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
