Fractured jaw question - clicking in and out of place while eating?

I fell off my bike and fell full-force onto my chin, which left a hairline fracture in my jaw. Its 6 weeks later and I was told I could eat solid food again after 6 weeks, which I've started doing.

However, when I eat I can hear my jaw clicking in and out of place in my ear and my teeth seems to be very slightly out of line with each other afterwards (barely noticeable and I can still bite down properly). I was getting a bit of pain a few days ago when I started eating as well.

Is all this normal when recovering from a fractured jaw? Just dont want my jaw to fuse back together in the wrong position or anything.
