I slipped and fell on some ice back around Christmas. I was carrying a Christmas present into my friend's house at the time so - at the time - I was worried about crushing the present and held it up. Unfortunately this also left my upper right thing to take all of the fall.
At the time I had trouble walking and had to stop twice on the 20min drive home because it hurt a lot using my right leg for the gas/brake. I had a massive bruise and 'goose egg' lump for a couple weeks and not able to sleep on my right side. But it all seemed to go away.
There's no more bruise, I can walk/run just fine - its only when I roll out of bed onto that specific spot - or sit on the edge of a chair on it, etc. I get that sharp pain again like it was at the beginning.
Since I can walk and everything with no discomfort I haven't been worried. But it's been three months now, and I'm just wondering if this is normal? Anyone else had anything like this?
