If my t.v that is mounted above the tub were to fall would the shock kill me? All i wanted was a t.v in there but i am starting to feel that it is a bad idea.

  • Omg. It probably wouldnt kill you but you would suffer contant pain for the rest of your life. You would pray and wish to die. Remove it. The electricity may be able to move to you even though it doesnt make contact with you or your bath water. I think that the law prohibits this for builders and in any kind of business establishment.

  • It will kill you - if it is plugged in, electricity will continue to flow, and if you are in the water, the water will act like a current - sending it through your body. This will continue until the electricity is turned off or the fuses are blown. You will not be able to turn it off as you will be incapacitated from the electricity or dead.It is a bad idea - unless the tv is bolted down and is far far far away from the tub (has to be both, not just one).
