At the weekend I took a fall off my pony while playing mounted games. I had my arm out stretched carrying a joust when he ducked side ways leaving me clinging on. I hit the floor on my right side and mainly on my elbow, to begin with the only mark I had was a small circular area where I had taken the skin off(just like a graze) As the day went on I started to get a bit of a bruise, it was blue and was only around the edge of the graze.
As the days have gone on (now on day 4) the bruise has spread around the whole of my elbow and is now looking black (I have a photo if anyone needs to see). The bruise itself doesn't bother me but I'm a little concerned that I have a bit of a tingling sensation around my elbow and down my arm. Does any one know is this is normal?
