last nite, i tripped over a pair of shoes in my apartment and flew face-first into a door frame. it put a gash in my chin, but nothing too deep or unhealable, and after the shock wore off, i noticed minimal pain in the back of my neck and lower back. then, when i woke up this morning, the left side of my face (particularly just in front of my ear) hurts every time i move my mouth to an extreme position (i.e. side-to-side, wide open, etc.). i don't have insurance or a family doctor and would rather avoid going to the emergency room unless absolutely necessary. i also don't have much experience with this sort of thing - is it possible that my jaw is broken?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
