my mri report about my ankle injury has the following conclusion: \"minimal intra articular effusion. grade I sprain of anterior talo-fibular ligament is seen. tiny erosion is noted in the calcaneum superiorly at the level of sinus tarsi.\" i have been injured since 7 months, but still i have a pain in my ankle while walking. how much more time would be required till i would be pain free again?

If you have not seen a physiotherapist i would suggest you do so - a combination of rest from aggravating activities, gentle exercises to restore ankle flexibility, strength and balance are essential.Check out the following links for detailed information on the following conditions:Anterior talo-fibular ligament strain (lateral ligament strain)Sinus Tarsi SyndromeHope that helps,PhysioAdvisorwww.PhysioAdvisor.com
