With winter approaching, I'm getting nervous because over the summer I broke my ankle while camping. I've endured some PT but my ankle hasn't obtained it's full range of motion and I don't know if it ever will. I don't want to reinjure it nor do I want to fall during the winter. Since we get snow/ice during the winter and was wondering if anyone has used these before http://www.greatoutdoorsdepot.com/yaktrax.html? Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
