I think I was very sick...I don't remember much but the fever, the hospitals and the needles. I am now 39, but my joints started aching at age 25. It is very painfull, like broken bones. It seems that completely immobilizing the joint-in a cast or half-cast works with any degree. I want to know how to help myself, I don't want to be in pain all the time in one joint or another. Is there anything I can do preventative? Does exercise help or hurt?
