Syphilis Treatment

Few weeks before I donate the blood but, infection were found on my blood and RPR test report, result syphilis is Reactive, and titer 1:2 what this means ? but I don’t have any symptoms on my body but 20 % little red spot on my back, but not feel rash, pain, and Dr. recommended , BENZATHINE PENICILLIN 1.2 million / nuits per week for 6 weeks, its really very hard injection, but after 15 min I relexed , and feel better , so what is your opinion, can I use azithromicyne 2gm with this injuction Please reply, and what is 1:2 its mention on my test report,

and my wife RPR result is non-reactive, but i cant understand how i get this disease, and syphilis STD disease , so , how can i protect from Syphilis in future ? i usually using condoms, and my wife pregnant (8 months) , and her all tests clear from any disease, i honestly say that i m not involved any commercial sex activity, in my entire life,
