Sick for over 8 months with mystery illness that I believe is an STD. I'm miserable and need help!

I had unprotected sex in early February 2016 with a woman I met at a bar. I did not realize until afterwards that she was on her period and I was covered in her menstrual blood.

Also, I am Type 2 diabetic, and at the time of the exposure I was on mega doses of antibiotics for an H. pylori infection, so I believe my immune system was compromised.

Within a few days I began to feel a mixture of symptoms which continued to worsen over the following weeks, including:

extremely sore perineum (bruised feeling)
aching testicles
itching anus
'burning' sensation underneath my skin that spread from my groin area to the rest of my body
discoloration of my scrotum
excessive sweating
joint pain / overall body aches
tender / puffy armpits
neck pain
severe "hay-fever" type allergies (these came later)

However, I had no discharge.

I went to numerous doctors and urgent care, and was prescribed several rounds of antibiotics, such as Azithromycin and Cipro. The Azithromycin seemed to help some, but the symptoms returned as soon as I stopped.

Over the course of the last 8 months I have been tested repeatedly for Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Syphilis, HIV, Hep A/B/C, Trichomoniasis, and Lyme Disease, parasites, as well as multiple workups for things like blood, liver, kidneys, thyroid, etc... Everything so far has come back negative or within normal limits.

However, every day is agony. A few of the symptoms have faded, but the main ones that remain are the whole body aches, under-skin burning sensation, and testicular achiness.

Additionally, several women that I have slept with since then have complained of feeling sick, tired, and having horrible vaginal odor. One tested positive for Chlamydia (not sure if it was from me) and the other tested positive for a severe yeast infection (which was from me).

At this point I'm desperate. I don't know what else to do. The Infectious Disease doctor is trying to pawn me off on the Rheumatology doctor, and I'm spending every day in major pain.

Does anyone have any ideas what this could be?
