I am 25 years old male and prior to this I only had sex with my virgin gf. We broke up 2 years ago and yesterday I had sex for the first time in those 2 years. It was with a very trashy girl who smokes weed (possibly other drugs) and admitted to having sex with between 30-40 guys. She said she has been tested and she is negative for everything. I don't know why or how but I ended up fingering her and I put the condom on. I did go "in and out" normal intercourse for about 1 minute max. Then I took off the condom and came on her chest ( did not touch her unprotected) .
I did not kiss her and she did not give me a bj or anything. It could not have been more than 3-5 mins of sex. She did ***k me off with her hands for about 10 seconds at the start. I might have used the same finger with which I was fingering her earlier when jerking off over her chest.
She swore she was clean but I need to know if there is any chance I could have attracted anything. I went home and cleaned my penis and even rubbed alcohol on it . Again I am not very familiar with STD's as I only had sex as a virgin with a virgin partner.
The next day I already had anxiety and regret. 2 days after my encounter the tip of my penis started tingling and I had stomach constipation and lower back pain ( I am a weightlifter but it seemed like a nerve pain).
3 days out I had flu like symptoms. Took the day off of work and slept. Also a bit of a sore throat. I did manage to recover well the next day.
7 days out I decided to go to the doctor and he prescribed and anti-biotic and valtrex ( I insisted even though he said there was nothing wrong with me). Tingling on tip of penis was still there along with lower back pain but no bumps, pimples or redness/rash. Note that I dont notice tingling during sleep.
2 weeks later the tingling and lower back pain disappeared after a almost a week of valtrex. I did notice penile papules but I am told these are normal.
My question is do u think i need to do further testing (IE igg test) ? Could these symptoms been triggered by my paranoia and regret ?? Can you get those symptoms for a whole week yet no redness or blisters?? I just need your opinion.
