I have cut out sweets and carbs. I eat yogurt, fish, chicken, and veggies. I eat raw garlic twice a day. I almost threw up the first time I ate the raw garlic. I feel tingling all over my body and I have develope red scratch marks on both sides of shoulder. Is this HIV related? I tested Negative for HIV 14 weeks post exposure.
