I would like some feedback as to the times of day that some allergic reactions occur.

My daughter appears to get the same nasal symptoms somewhere around 2:30 am each morning. Is it dustmite, or mold? I am just wondering if there are other allergy symptoms that occur at particular times of the day or night as well as particular times of the year.
