several congential abnormalities:connected?

We have a 6 month old that has been diagnosed with several seemingly minor abnormalities and other issues and we are wondering if there may be an underlying connection

She has:
2 hemangiomas: one on neck, one on labia
2 cafe au lait spots: one on head, one on arm
preauricular pit
sebaceous cyst on back of neck
slow weight gain

We've also recently been to a peds neuro for possible premature suture fusing b/c her head is abnormally shaped which was ruled out (w/out an alternative reason given) but have to return to rule out a possible tethered spinal cord.

She is my 4th child and my other three combined haven't had this many issues; so even though they've all been deemed minor I have concerns that maybe we're missing something bigger that connects some or all of these.
