Does anyone know if you you child needs to start bleedeing and/or breast tissue to be diognosed with MAS. At 5 we noticed pubic hair and under arm hair. She started to produce an adult oder when running around. They first said she had Congenital Adrenal Hyperplasia, but did not find a mutated gene. They are still not sure if it is CAH or premature adrenarchy. Recently we discovered cafe au lait marks and she will be tested for MAS on Aug. 11th. The wait is killing us! Does this sound like MAS to anyone??
