Dear all,
I have a 24 day neonate in my care, who may have LAD.She still has her umbilical cord attatched, has an inolent infected bulla on her thigh with no local signs of inflammation, but with a neutrophilic leukemoid blood picture. (cultures have grown staph.aureus too.)
I work in a place called Calicut, Kerala state in India & I wanted practical advice regarding how to proceed further in coming to a diagnosis here.
Thanx in advance.
