Hi. I have a babygirl she is 4 months now and 3 days ago she refused to eat. I am bottle feeding from 8 weeks. It was always a problem to feed her before but she was eating every three hours and taking at least 60 ml.
But now she is screaming when i try to feed her and not taking anything!!!! one day i fed her at 6 am and she drunk 150 ml in one go, then i was trying to feed her all day but with no luck. next feed when she drunk 200 ml was only in 15 hours. so now she is loosing weight. she hasn't got tempreture ang her lungs are fine.
I was at doctors they think she has reflux or cowmilk intolerence.
They prescribed Gavascon infant powder to add to the milk I started to give it to her yesterday but can not see improvment yet.
what i notice she sounds as she has some air or water stuck in her throat. when she swallows her seliva you can hear the sounds like if you have a half filled bottle of water in the bag.
by the way i am using cow & gate milk.
